- Proven track record of mentoring and building teams while retaining talent
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
- Experience using Gainsight
- Led a team where each member managed a portfolio of 8-40 accounts
- Strong program management and strategic consulting experience
- Proven track record of partnering with Account Executives and Renewal Managers for commercial expansion strategies
- Passion for exceeding customer expectations and supporting team members
