Regional Director; Scotland East

OTE £120,000 + (£70,000 basic)

Remote based, but ideally based within the Edinburgh area.

You will be responsible for leading a team of talented Financial Directors who help ambitious £2-50M pound private businesses climb their Everest. We’re not interested in people who just want a job; you’ll need ambition, energy, and a self‑starter with a “can do” attitude who loves to help others.

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Financial Directors.
• Drive regional growth and autonomy while collaborating with the larger UK and global team.
• Recruit exceptional Financial Directors and motivate the team.
• Build genuine, long‑lasting relationships with clients as a partner, advisor, and strategist.
• Work closely with Chief Commercial Officers to align regional and company objectives.

• Strong understanding of business strategy and a track record of success.
• Excellent networking skills and an extensive local “black book” of outstanding individuals and businesses.
• High energy, ambition, and a self‑starter with a “can do” attitude.
• Experience in leading sales‑driven teams and building client relationships.
• Preferably based in Edinburgh or willing to relocate to the area.

Interviews will take place from December into January, with the final face‑to‑face interview being held in our Swindon Office early February 2026.
