Network Data Project Manager

Southwestern Health Resources is looking for a highly skilled Network Data Project Manager.

Work Location:

Southwestern Health Resources Headquarters, Hybrid: 1601 Lyndon

B. Johnson Freeway, Farmers Branch, TX 75234.

Work Hours:

Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (remote work allowed at manager's discretion).

What You Will Do
  • Lead the network enrollment or network resources process and team to improve delivery and efficiency with Network Relations, Network Data Teams, Payors and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for overseeing network enrollment or network resources process to FFS and ACO Payors (30%).
  • Point of contact for escalated network enrollment or relations errors (10%).
  • Lead projects assigned to Network Relations and Database Management team. Responsible for project coordination, discovery, development, communication, and measuring project performance. Develop and drive standardized methodologies for project and work plan development & execution (20%).
  • Responsible for key project deliverables and share responsibilities and accountability with the project team for the successful delivery of the project's outcome. Execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identify and coordinate internal and external resources necessary for executing project and assigns individual responsibilities (10%).
  • Monitor and drive monthly/quarterly KPIs for Payor efficiency and effectiveness. Review weekly statistics and ensure monthly/quarterly audit activity completed as indicated in policy and procedure. Manage audit findings, corrections and turnaround times in regards to payor contract adds/terms/changes, payor issues meeting action item completion, staff data entry accuracy and database functionality enhancements (10%).
  • Collaborate with leaders in the planning and implementation process to support adherence to Payor contractual agreements as well as internal stakeholder and department policies and procedures (10%).
  • Responsible for implementing the necessary revisions for internal processes and procedures to meet and satisfy all requirements (10%).
What You Need Education

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum of 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree (required). Bachelor’s Degree required (required).

Experience

5 Years Managed Care, Database Management and Process Improvement experience. Must include experience with leading projects and/or staff (required).

Skills
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
  • Experience in Salesforce, Provider Data Management or Credentialing Databases.
  • Ability to work in teams successfully.
  • Managed Care Experience.
  • Continuous mindset toward efficiency and process improvement.
