We are seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to lead efforts within our Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) practice. This role involves identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier talent in leadership and technical positions in the industry. The ideal candidate will develop and initiate strong client relationships, conduct market research, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement, all while working with our Senior Partner.
The role is in-person in our Broadview Heights office, with work from home opportunities.
