What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and oversee the planning and execution of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event outcomes
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and event specifications
• Mentor junior associates and provide guidance throughout the event planning process
• Ensure compliance with client mandates and corporate policies during event execution

What is Required (Qualifications)

• College degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the meetings industry, particularly in operations
• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects simultaneously
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both internal and client-facing environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with event management software (Cvent preferred)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event options
• Experience working in a virtual office environment
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences programs, sales, and/or clinical program management (if applicable)
• Experience in Meeting/Conference Planning or Exhibit/Tradeshow Management (if applicable)
• Background in Incentive program management (if applicable)
