We're one of the only organizations in our space that offers full remote work to many of our employees! Due to continued growth and expansion, we are expanding our Switchgear Project Management team. We are open to a range of candidates including junior and senior candidates. So if you have at least 2 years of Switchgear Project Management experience and would like to work a in a hybrid remote role (2-3 days/week working from home) please read on!
& RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide project management for electrical switch gear and projects (Switchboards, Panels, Transformers etc.)
- Primarily responsible for working with the sales team, quotations, electrical contractors, and customers to deliver accurate and timely quotations for switch gear sales opportunities
- Communicate with customers, vendors and internally, both verbal & through email to troubleshoot any questions
- Enter, manage, change, track, reconcile, and expedite customer orders
- Track large orders over time including generating and updating regular reports including managing claims related to damage, returns, lost items, etc.
- 2+ years of switch gear project management experience (preferably working at an electrical supplier)
- Familiarity with ABB (previously GE) and Siemens lines preferred but not required
- Dedicated home work space with a door that closes and from which you can work quietly without interruptions.
- Base pay ranging from $45,000 - $75,000. Eligible for OT and bonus compensation based on KPIs.
