This is not an IT / technology position.

We Seek :
Accomplished transformation professionals with :

• 8-12 years' relevant experience
• Expertise in large-scale organizational change
• Proven track record in delivering complex engagements
• Strong program leadership and facilitation skills

Ideal Candidates Have :

• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformations
• Background working with Fortune 500 organizations
• Capital project consulting experience
• Executive coaching and advisory experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead high-impact transformation programs
• Facilitate executive alignment sessions ( 25+ participants )
• Manage $1M+ engagement portfolios
• Bridge strategy and execution for maximum impact

Essential Qualifications :

• Exceptional business and financial acumen
• Management consulting background ( industry focus preferred )
• Ability to navigate complex global organizations
• Established C-suite credibility
• Program management expertise
• History of long-term client relationships
• Ability to drive cultural and behavioral change
• Strategic partnership development skills
• Entrepreneurial yet collaborative approach
• Proven large-group facilitation abilities
• Commitment to continuous learning and client success
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel 50%+
