- Studio Managers play a leadership role when the Studio Owner is not present.
- Studio Managers act as liaisons between staff and customers
, providing high-quality customer service. - Oversee day-to-day operations, including quality control and facility operations, and training, mentoring, and advising studio employees to ensure optimal operations.
- Studio Managers oversee a staff of between 10-25 part-time employees and play an important role in hiring, training, and scheduling staff members.
