- Lead and manage project teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain safety and sustainability targets throughout project delivery.
- Manage customer relationships, including change management and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company and divisional procedures, including Business Management Systems and project governance.
- Oversee external consultants (e.g., design) to drive value and achieve project objectives.
- Address post‑completion issues to maintain positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain effective project records and robust reporting to senior management.
- Drive operational excellence and efficiency, utilising BIM where appropriate.
- Demonstrable experience in project management within the relevant industry.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects ahead of schedule, under budget, and with zero defects.
- Experience working on multi‑stakeholder projects in highly political environments.
- Experience working with public sector organisations.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., APMP) and technical qualification.
- Experience with Lean Construction principles and Lean practitioner training.
- Smart working, giving you more flexibility such as staggered start and finish times, with up to 40% remote working, where roles allow.
- 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
