The Role

We’re hiring a Business Operations Manager to be the engine of our remote firm. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage systems, and hold our virtual team accountable. While our Chief Advisor drives growth and client strategy, you’ll ensure the business runs like clockwork behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and improve workflows in our CRM and project tools (Planning tools, Close, Click Up/Trello).
  • Lead and coach team members, keeping projects on track and clients cared for.
  • Oversee smooth client onboarding, document collection, and follow-ups.
  • Build reporting dashboards to keep leadership informed.
  • Coordinate hiring workflows, onboarding, and compliance (with HR support).
  • Own and execute the firm’s Operational Calendar
    , ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Create, document, and improve workflows that streamline efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Advisor to ensure strategic alignment.
Who You Are
  • 1–3 years of proven operations leadership experience, ideally in financial services
  • Strong remote management skills — you keep teams aligned across tools and time zones.
  • Tech-savvy: you know how to set up and optimize systems.
  • Positive, coachable, and proactive — you see problems before they become issues.
  • Strong process builder who thrives on creating systems that scale.
  • People leader with the ability to coach, inspire, and hold others accountable.
  • Tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
