Event Manager

Senior Manager, Corporate Events at Profiles in Hunt Valley, MD. This is a 20-30 hour per week contract position. Remote work is available, but you must be able to attend in-person events as required.

• Lead high-profile, global corporate events with direct visibility to C-suite and Board of Directors
• Collaborate across functions in a highly matrixed, global organization
• Manage a wide range of impactful events, from shareholder meetings to company-wide celebrations

• Set the vision, strategy, and execution for major corporate events and meetings
• Partner with executive leadership to oversee event planning from concept to completion
• Manage contracts, budgets, vendors, and all logistical aspects of events
• Lead and mentor direct reports, contractors, and agency partners
• Track and analyze event metrics, implementing improvements for future programs

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or related field
• 10+ years of experience planning small and large-scale corporate events
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven success collaborating with senior executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to perform under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
