Where We Need Future Leaders

1. Community-Building & Organizational Leadership

We seek applicants who can help grow and lead our volunteer, partner, university, and entrepreneur communities across Germany and East Africa.

2. Grant Applications & Funding Strategy

We need leaders who can manage and drive our grant application function, including research, proposal writing, compliance, and team coordination.

3. Microcredit Program Leadership

We are expanding our microcredit program and need people who can build partnerships, engage credit facilities, and organize field teams across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
