ServiceNow Project Manager

Job Description
As a Service Now Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of ADC EMEA SMP clients and projects.

Responsibilities

Assessing the requirements for managing a project and adapting industry-standard methods to fit the specific context

Managing the work of Service Now technical experts who are providing consulting services and implementing new product features

Building and maintaining positive working relationships with staff stakeholders and clients from diverse backgrounds

Regularly updating the projects status dashboard

Attending meetings taking note of instructions tasks and queries and documenting them accordingly

Creating and keeping up to date both program and technical documentation

Collaborating with sales and pre‑sales team

Qualifications and Skills

5 yrs experience managing projects related to ITIL or process improvement

Experience in managing projects related to the Service Now platform including its various modules and the ability to evaluate the impact of customizing and configuring the platform to meet specific business requirements

Relevant experience in project management including coordinating cross‑functional teams

Proven ability to take initiative work independently and quickly learn new skills

Exceptional communication skills with a focus on attention to detail and strong customer‑facing abilities

Good knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Project Visio

Skilled in solving problems creatively and adapting to changing requirements

Proven track record of successfully leading large projects including communicating updates to executive teams and coordinating across functional teams

You should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet tight deadlines. Furthermore you should have the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
