AboutThe Role
The Construction Manager coordinates and ensures full-circle project deliverables. They are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned projects from pre-construction through project completion. Assignments typically include managing project safety, material handling, quality, schedule, cost control, field activities, and subcontracts.

MYRE serves customers participating in a nationwide engineer‑procure‑construct (EPC) delivery. We work on a wide range of projects and EPC contracting services, including large transmission and substation projects, complete solar facilities, and energy storage.
- Responsible for project execution
- Monitor project progress in accordance with safety, budget, and quality standards
- Manage public and client relations
- Provide management with regular updates on scheduling and overall project status
- Help facilitate the development of opportunities and secure new contracts
- Work with estimating department to establish work methods and review all estimates with management
- Coordinate with the fleet department to maximize fleet resources and minimize lost time
- Manage union labor relations
- Follow and enforce all safety protocols
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Perform essential functions of this position in a company‑designated office or field location
- Understand and comply with the company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry‑specific professional and ethical standards
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the electrical construction industry
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Journeyman-level skills and training
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Self‑starter comfortable in an autonomous environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Salary:
Commensurate with experience, paid weekly; posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on qualifications of the selected candidate. - Two days per week remote work option for non‑field roles depending on position and performance.
