We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
- Team Management Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring accountability for individual and team goals.
- Revenue Growth Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and optimizing the sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Sales Process Optimization Evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Market Insights Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration Partner with marketing, operations, and other departments to align sales initiatives with company-wide objectives.
- Performance Metrics Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure accountability.
- Budget Management Oversee sales budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
- Representation Act as the face of the sales organization in high-level meetings, conferences, and events.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in managing large sales teams and driving organizational change.
- Expertise in selling complex, consultative solutions to enterprise clients.
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
