General Managers lead any particular restaurant. They must have a guest first mentality and at least 1 year of previous McDonald’s management experience. Previous GM experience is recommended, however we also accept all applications that include some McDonald’s management experience.

Salary range is dependent on a variety of factors including amount of McDonald’s experience, time in the food service industry, availability, etc.
