Sr Manager, Repair Ops

• Oversee billable repair operations for the Canada and U.S. region
• Manage Repair Operations Support Associates
• Ensure efficiency in the SIP process and maintain Smart Sheet accuracy
• Identify marketing opportunities with different branches and AHJ
• Support operations to grow the backlog and drive timely financial job closeouts

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical experience in the elevator industry
• Experience working with field-level associates
• Leadership experience is essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to foster relationships with internal and external customers
• Proficient in Microsoft-based software and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• 5+ years of experience in the elevator industry or leading technicians in a similar field
• Previous management experience is a plus
