- Salary ranges from $112,500 - $146,300 based on experience

- Lead the implementation of safety management frameworks across US GTM projects
- Provide strategic leadership and technical direction in safety management planning and execution
- Oversee contractor safety performance programs, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions
- Manage people leader responsibilities, including resource management, recruitment, and employee development
- Participate in project safety and health committees and disseminate safety documentation
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in occupational, construction, or industrial safety
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in occupational health and safety in an oil and gas or industrial construction environment
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) designation is desirable
- Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record; passport required for travel outside the country
- Experience in offshore, windfarm, and solar farm construction
- Additional training or experience in auditing, compliance, and working with regulators
