. This manager leads the Accounts Receivable Billing and Deductions team to optimize cash flow, minimize financial risk, and achieve key metrics for cash flow (Days Sales Outstanding). The role involves managing a team of AR Specialists, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and deduction management activities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders for the resolution of AR balances.

• Lead, mentor, develop, and motivate AR professionals inclusive of Billing and Deductions Specialists.
• Oversee the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of billing activities.
• Manage customer deductions, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement solutions to minimize deduction trends.
• Prepare, analyze, and present AR performance reports, including aging reports, collection and billing rates, deduction trends, and AR forecasting.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage cross‑functional leaders to provide visibility and reporting trends related to deductions and engagement on deduction resolutions.
• Ensure adherence and compliance with company policies and procedures, and relevant regulations and internal controls.
• Lead month‑end close procedures and the preparation of bad debt analysis.
• Manage team members KPI and focus on DSO improvement.
• Train and mentor team members on AR processes, systems, and best practices.
• Lead AR team in cross‑functional projects, reporting and process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or Associate degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• 3‑5 years supervisory experience preferred specifically in accounts receivable.
• Strong people leadership and talent development experience.
• Experience with high‑volume AR operations in a global environment.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to influence and drive process improvements across the organization.
• Self‑starter with a proven track record of multi‑tasking and adapting to rapidly changing responsibilities.

• Based in Tampa corporate office with minimal travel requirements.
• In‑office position with 1 day work from home.
