Project Manager – Born Social

Location:

New York City, USA (Hybrid – 3 days in office per week).

Base Pay Range
: $70,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr (DOE).

We are Born Social, a social-first creative agency, and we are looking for our first Project Manager to join the US team. In this position you will be responsible for delivering our briefs on schedule and on budget, implementing effective workflows, and coordinating work across Client Services, Operations and the delivery team.

• Lead day‑to‑day client operations, create timelines, project plans and manage resource requirements.
• Proactively solve commercial and operational challenges, escalating to key stakeholders when necessary.
• Administer projects and pipeline in Productive & Click Up, ensuring accurate set‑up, efficient management and regular reporting.
• Maintain up‑to‑date timesheets and report progress on budgets, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the central UK Operations team to match skill sets and allocate resources, and schedule US team resources in Productive.
• Drive seamless collaboration among internal stakeholders, manage expectations through continuous communication, identify bottlenecks, propose solutions and support the Senior Project Manager as required.

• 1.5+ years of agency experience in a similar role, preferably in social media delivery.
• Personable communication skills with the ability to handle challenges with charm.
• Highly organized, capable of managing tight deadlines and numerous deliverables.
• Agile, detail‑oriented and able to keep our systems current while working at a fast pace.
• Take pride in client work, treating brands as your own and striving for perfection.
