• Lead projects and initiatives for training across various business lines
• Supervise daily training activities and troubleshoot operational issues
• Develop strategies and set priorities for training initiatives
• Manage timelines and deliverables for training projects
• Create and maintain processes to track project milestones and cost estimates

• Proven strategic partnership within a team
• Proven positive customer relationships
• Experience in training management within a regulatory environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience managing staff

• Ability to travel up to 10% to client sites
