Account Director
London – Oxford Street office (3 days per week, Tuesday‑Thursday);
Home working Monday & Friday.
Salary:
Up to £60,000 (DOE).
Full‑time, permanent.

As a trusted partner to clients and a leader internally, you’ll oversee strategy, execution, forecasting and account growth, while influencing at board level and championing creative ambition across the agency. You will support and lead client teams, own day‑to‑day client communications, drive strategic and commercial long‑term growth, and build strong, trusted client relationships.

• Strategically minded Account Director with commercial acumen who builds trusted, senior‑level client relationships.
• Confidently leads brief, strategy and creative presentations, with sharp attention to detail.
• Thrives managing complex, multi‑channel accounts and aligning teams to deliver seamlessly.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in forecasting, growth and negotiation.
• Compelling communicator, comfortable influencing at board level.
• Has worked in a similar Account Director role, ideally within a social or influencer agency, and is ready for the next step.
