• Du konzipierst und organisierst physische oder digitale interne Events und begleitest sie von der Idee bis zur Nachbereitung
• Du organisierst und setzt mehrtägige Mitarbeiter‑Incentives um – inklusive Reise-, Programm- und Logistikmanagement
• Locations, Dienstleister und Partner wählst du sorgfältig aus, verhandelst Konditionen und koordinierst alle Beteiligten
• Spannende Inhalte und passende Referenten bringst du an Bord und kümmerst dich um die komplette Vertragsabwicklung
• Die Einhaltung unserer Corporate‑Guidelines hast du im Blick und entwickelst Prozesse, Standards und Eventformate kontinuierlich weiter
• Vom Einladungsmanagement über Gästebetreuung bis hin zum Follow‑up und der Evaluation steuerst du die gesamte Eventkommunikation – inklusive Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Reporting
• Zudem übernimmst du eine zentrale Beratungs‑ und Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen dem Aussendienst und der Marketing‑Kommunikation – insbesondere in Bezug auf Events, deren Inhalte sowie begleitende Kommunikationsmassnahmen

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung in Projekt‑, Marketing‑ oder Eventmanagement
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Incentive‑Reisen und Events, auch digital, sowie im Umgang mit modernen Eventmanagement‑Tools
• Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit hoher Detailgenauigkeit und der Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck den Überblick zu behalten
• Kreative, dynamische und initiative Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten, ausgeprägtem Stakeholder‑Management, hoher Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an Teamarbeit und einem kollaborativen Umfeld
• Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige, proaktive und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus, bringst Erfahrung in der Analyse von Kennzahlen sowie in der Ableitung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen mit und kannst diese gegenüber deinen Stakeholdern überzeugend vertreten
• Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und hast sehr gute Französischkenntnisse (Italienisch ebenfalls von Vorteil)
• Reisebereitschaft, Flexibilität für Einsätze ausserhalb der üblichen Arbeitszeiten und einen gültigen Führerausweis
