About the Role:As a Senior Operations Specialist, Robot (Shift Lead) in our Robot Operations, you will play a critical role in leading and guiding a team of operators to ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and adaptability while ensuring operational goals are met. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

- Oversee and support a team of operators (same or one level lower) during assigned shifts.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide constructive feedback and results-driven insights to team members and management.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure deployment schedules are adhered to and promptly communicate any delays.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to break/rotation schedules.
- Handle escalations and resolve or close out tickets as needed.
Communication & Reporting:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the team and management during your shift.
- Compile and deliver clear and actionable feedback to both the team and leadership.
- Escalate issues appropriately, ensuring correct stakeholders are informed.
Ad Hoc Support:
- Assist with special tasks or challenges that arise during the shift.
- Proactively address and resolve any operational roadblocks.
Accountability:
- Support and enforce the Robot Operations Accountability process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of escalations, resolutions, and team performance.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally in operations, logistics, or robotics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively to team members and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Adaptable and solution-oriented in fast-paced or unexpected situations.
- Proficiency in using operational tools and software for tracking tasks and reporting.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively during busy shifts.

CompensationActual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
