We're looking for a high‑performing Senior Seller who will drive new revenue by engaging brand and performance marketers as well as agency partners. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—building pipelines, shaping client solutions, and closing sophisticated deals that advance Yieldmo's growth. You'll excel here if you thrive in a fast‑moving environment, bring a sharp understanding of the media ecosystem, and can translate complex values into clear, compelling narratives.
Success requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on hustle, backed by 2–5+ years in media sales and existing relationships across agencies and brands.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business across leading brands and media agencies
- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets
- Leverage your network to accelerate adoption of Yieldmo's creative‑first, premium supply solutions
- Craft thoughtful, data‑backed proposals that connect client needs to Yieldmo's differentiated value
- Develop and deepen long‑term partnerships across agencies and client organizations
- Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, Planning, and Technical Account Management for seamless campaign execution
- Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring accuracy, performance, and clear expectation‑setting throughout
- Represent Yieldmo at industry events and in‑person meetings to strengthen market presence
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and client conversations
- 2–5+ years of successful media sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Established relationships across brands and media agencies, and experience selling managed brand or performance media
- Deep understanding of the media landscape—including programmatic buying, measurement, ad formats, and channels such as display, video, CTV, web, and mobile
- Ownership mindset and initiative, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
- Clear and confident communication, building trust internally and externally
- Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
