- Lead and grow commercial and operational performance for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the Middle East, driving measurable impact through strategic leadership.
- Hold end‑to‑end accountability for service delivery and operational performance, ensuring high‑quality, scalable services that meet contractual commitments and Ten’s global standards.
- Oversee country operations, managing all delivery locations and ensuring seamless, compliant, and effective cross‑location service delivery.
- Define and implement market‑specific growth strategies, scaling services, capabilities, and partnerships to meet client demand and commercial objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional leadership team, setting clear expectations and building a succession pipeline for critical roles.
- Create a high‑performance culture with clear accountability, ensuring teams are engaged, capable, and aligned to business priorities.
- Partner with People teams to shape workforce strategy, including talent planning, capability development, engagement, and retention.
- Own financial performance for the country, managing revenue growth, cost control, and margin delivery in line with agreed targets.
- Maintain strong governance, risk management, and compliance, focusing on local market, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Represent Ten externally, building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen the company’s reputation in the market.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum seven (7+) years in senior operational leadership roles with full P&L accountability.
- Proven success managing multi‑location teams and complex operations.
- Experience in luxury, hospitality, travel, or concierge services.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to commercialize growth, achieve operational excellence, and deliver service quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Location:
Riyadh – Saudi Arabia (100% on site).
