Position:
Environmental Services Manager in Training (MIT)
Salary: $54,000 - $55,000 per year • Pay Grade: 10

Responsibilities- Participate in the Accelerated Manager Program (AMP) to develop leadership competencies.
- Gain preparation for a potential future role within the support services team leadership, focusing on areas such as operations management, safety, quality control, housekeeping, hiring, training, payroll, and profit and loss.
- Assist in leadership assignments in operational areas, including Environmental Services Management, as part of AMP.
- Complete on-site, hands-on training at a designated location as part of onboarding.
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree received by June 2026 or prior (required).
- One year of customer service or related work or internship experience (preferred).
- Willingness to relocate for the right role or advancement opportunity.
- Demonstrated financial acumen including profit and loss management, inventory, and cash handling skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication with peers, employees, clients, and customers.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations.
- Basic knowledge of operating and maintenance instructions, safety regulations, codes, and departmental policy and procedure manuals.
- Mechanical inclination.
- Competency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Driver’s License (required for transportation roles).
