Are you ready to drive innovation and lead a dynamic team towards impactful solutions? As a visionary Domain Lead, you’ll guide strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with FCC’s overall strategy and vision.
What you’ll do:
Oversee the delivery of large, complex, strategic initiatives that span multiple foundational capabilities, ensuring effective management of scope, risk and dependencies
Establish the overall vision and direction for your domain, aligning policy, process and technology with business goals and customer needs
Develop and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, users, other Domain Leads and vendors to foster collaboration and gather valuable feedback
Manage and prioritize domain deliverables, ensuring they align with organizational priorities and strategic goals
Ensure a balance between driving innovation and maintaining the domain’s capabilities and services
Work with the Manager, Scrum Master and Product Owner to cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages engagement, learning and growth

What you’ll need:
A bachelor's degree in business administration or commerce and at least 10 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
A deep understanding of FCC business, policy, processes and technology
The ability to analyze and resolve a wide range of strategic, organizational and technical problems
The ability to utilize experience to provide leadership and direction on value-delivery within the domain
Experience providing guidance and making strategic decisions
Capability to balance innovative projects with the maintenance of foundational services
