Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$117,887 - $159,495

Are you ready to drive innovation and lead a dynamic team towards impactful solutions? As a visionary Domain Lead, you’ll guide strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with FCC’s overall strategy and vision.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the delivery of large, complex, strategic initiatives that span multiple foundational capabilities, ensuring effective management of scope, risk and dependencies

  • Establish the overall vision and direction for your domain, aligning policy, process and technology with business goals and customer needs

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, users, other Domain Leads and vendors to foster collaboration and gather valuable feedback

  • Manage and prioritize domain deliverables, ensuring they align with organizational priorities and strategic goals

  • Ensure a balance between driving innovation and maintaining the domain’s capabilities and services

  • Work with the Manager, Scrum Master and Product Owner to cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages engagement, learning and growth

  • What you’ll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or commerce and at least 10 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • A deep understanding of FCC business, policy, processes and technology

  • The ability to analyze and resolve a wide range of strategic, organizational and technical problems

  • The ability to utilize experience to provide leadership and direction on value-delivery within the domain

  • Experience providing guidance and making strategic decisions

  • Capability to balance innovative projects with the maintenance of foundational services
