Organizational Program Manager

• Develop and execute IT–specific change management strategies to shift the organization towards strategic planning and portfolio management
• Conduct assessments and analyses to identify barriers to adoption across technical teams
• Partner with CIO and IT leadership to define planning cycles and governance routines
• Facilitate governance sessions and ensure strategic conversations remain focused on future goals
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and shared ownership of new processes

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, HR, Communications, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, IT transformation, or large‑scale program management
• Proven ability to influence IT leadership and drive behavioral change in complex organizations
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR and Kotter
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

• Prosci or similar change management certification
• Experience in IT digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with PMO processes, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and hybrid delivery models
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance
• Military background or experience supporting military communities
