AccountingOperation Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Solid understanding of inventory management and reconciliation processes
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting
- Effective communicator with excellent organizational skills
- Lead the inventory closing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of journal entries and reconciliations
- Oversee physical inventory counts and validate data integrity between stock and financial records
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to support financial reporting and compliance
- Supervise and develop a team of staff accountants, fostering professional growth
- Provide analysis, forecasts, and insights related to inventory and gross profit
- Maintain clear communication of inventory findings across departments to support strategic decisions
- Competitive salary between $75-85k with eligibility for up to 15% performance bonus
