Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a proven track record of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. This role is critical in coordinating permitting processes, utility submissions, inventory and payroll management, and project scheduling. The successful candidate will be proficient in reading construction blueprints, understanding the U.S. metric system, and ensuring seamless coordination among owners, installation crews, vendors, and customers.

As a central link between operations and execution, the Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Operational Management
  • Manage the permitting process and ensure all projects are ready for execution.
  • Coordinate and schedule installation projects and repairs.
  • Oversee logistics of materials and ensure accurate inventory control.
  • Track productivity KPIs and project deadlines.
  • Document processes, incidents, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Implement and enforce safety standards and compliance requirements.
Financial & Inventory Management
  • Use SOS Inventory and Quick Books Online for all inventory transactions.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including customer payments, sales orders, purchase orders, vendor payments, and monthly inventory adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Sales & Project Support
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule installations within operational capacity.
  • Validate sales orders for materials and scope accuracy.
  • Monitor change orders and customer requests, ensuring smooth project execution.
Vendor & Team Management
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
  • Ensure installers have required materials, equipment, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues with field supervisors.
  • Interact with clients and co-workers in a professional, service-oriented manner.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in reading construction blueprints and understanding the U.S. metric system (a big plus).
  • Excellent judgment, decision-making, and time management abilities.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written) required;
    Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills: active listening, clear speaking, and professional writing.
  • Highly detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong tech proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and CRMs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, construction, or related fields.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with permitting, payroll, and inventory processes.
  • Prior experience with inventory/accounting systems such as Quick Books or SOS Inventory.
  • Experience collaborating with field teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Professional remote work setup with reliable internet.
  • Strong Zoom presence and communication skills.
  • Advanced English (C1/C2);
    Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
