Just smart people solving complex problems together and whose main mission is much more than being a project manager: you are a catalyst for performance, a builder of a culture of excellence, and an inspiring leader for the team.
WHAT TO EXPECTYour day to day will look like this:
- Leadership and team mobilization: Inspire, guide, and mobilize the project management team to ensure smooth, rigorous, and proactive project execution.

- Mentoring and coaching: Act as a mentor and coach, provide constructive feedback, support professional development, and foster skill growth.
- Strategic management and governance: Serve as the strategic escalation point to resolve complex issues, strengthen client trust, ensure rigorous governance (monitoring performance indicators, respecting budgets, timelines, and scope), and promote cross-functional collaboration to maximize project impact.
The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don’t meet all these criteria, but have experience in (PLATFORM) implementation, we will be happy to consider your application, because we’re looking for potential first.
- Solid experience: Over 8 years of experience in managing Service Now implementation projects, in IT project management, including major digital transformations, and more than 5 years in team management.
- Collaborative leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead in dynamic and collaborative environments.
- Methodological expertise: Mastery of Agile methodologies (required) and PMP or equivalent certification (an asset).
- Human skills: Excellent ability to coach, motivate, and develop talent, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
