The Senior Operations Support Specialist consistently manages a large pipeline of construction projects and maintains schedules for multiple higher-volume hubs. This role handles more complex activities and schedules for Hub Managers and Retail locations, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders and regions. The Operations Support Specialist drives consistency, efficiency, and scalability for House Smart operations.
Schedule Management & Coordination- Review, manage, and communicate complex and multiple pipelines for efficient and effective scheduling and execution of construction projects for 2+ House Smart locations.
- Intake work for multiple scopes of work from our Retail Home Center locations with sufficient detail and information required to plan and schedule the work.
- Coordinate, adjust, and communicate schedules to meet project needs, working to proactively resolve scheduling issues and recommend changes for operational efficiency.
- Partner as a strategic liaison between House Smart and Retail locations, ensuring a timely and effective communication stream for production operations.
- Collaborate with production leadership to create effective schedules that maximize efficiency, productivity, profitability, customer experience and Team Member experience.
- Collaborate with production leadership to consistently complete invoicing accurately and on a timely basis.
- Serve as the primary contact for scheduling inquiries and adjustments, communicating frequently between Hub and Retail locations.
- Collaborate between Hub and Retail managers to align schedules with business needs and resource availability.
- Collaborate effectively and constantly with House Smart and Retail location leadership, ensuring accurate and timely information is being shared for production.
- Build strong relationships and execute processes consistently with Home Centers and Project Management functions.
- Partner and collaborate with Zone, Regional and Home Office functions as required.
- Create, maintain, and provide reports on scheduling metrics such as utilization, coverage, and compliance.
- Support operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations or Logistics preferred, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
Years of Related Experience
: 3+ years in scheduling, inventory management, or similar role required. Modular home construction knowledge or experience a plus.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic.
- Ability to pass criminal background check as well as post‑offer drug screen.
- Ability and willingness to travel when necessary (≤10 % of total job function).
