Your RoleAs a Senior Project Manager for Helix, a ReSource Pro company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive data conversion strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends. You will lead the overall management of conversion initiatives, ensuring proper planning, resource allocation, and execution while monitoring progress and addressing any issues. The Senior Project Manager, Helix will oversee product development, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and provide mentorship and guidance to other team members.
All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.
In This Role, You Will…- Develop comprehensive data conversion strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends; collaborate with stakeholders to define data and document conversion goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives to drive business growth, expand service offerings, and increase profitability.
- Lead overall management of conversion initiatives including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and execution.
- Monitor and track progress of conversion initiatives, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.
- Oversee the execution of conversion projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status and progress of conversion initiatives.
- Conduct post‑conversion reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead the product development process including defining product requirements, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high‑quality products on time and within budget; act as the primary point of contact for all product‑related inquiries and decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, both internally (Marketing, Sales, Software Engineering) and externally (clients, Business Applications Team, IT team) to ensure alignment of data conversion efforts with overarching business strategies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on best practices in AMS conversion and administration; provide training to new team members.
- Stay up to date on trends and best practices in AMS administration and data conversion.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation; proactively seek new opportunities and methodologies to enhance conversion strategies and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Technology‑related field.
- 15+ years' of experience in technology consulting with a focus on Insurance Agency Management Systems.
- Mastery of Insurance Agency Management Systems such as AMS
360, Benefit Point, Sagitta, Applied Epic, Hawk Soft, ExLynx, TAM, etc. - Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certifications are a plus.
- Strong technical skills in software development and system integration.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to critically evaluate information, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Understanding of document management principles, file formats, and data integrity standards.
- Proficient in SQL and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with data migration tools, platforms, and ETL processes.
