• Manage day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring alignment with project outcomes and organizational goals
• Develop project plans and leverage resources effectively
• Participate in decision-making regarding capital expenditures and asset redeployment
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of directly related experience, with 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role
• Texas Escrow Officer License required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships
• Proven track record in project management and executing complex projects

• Demonstrated success in leading and maintaining relationships at the Middle Management level
• High level of business acumen and strategic agility
• Experience in driving change and managing conflict within teams
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively in sensitive situations
