Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the home office, clubs, exporters, and large reseller members, ensuring alignment across a business model that operates differently than traditional retail.
  • Provide daily operational and compliance support to three Wholesale Trading (WST) clubs, while enabling additional clubs to sell wholesale and export inventory.
  • Ensure truckload-specific assortments are executed effectively for reseller members who purchase in bulk rather than through traditional club shopping.
  • Own and audit the Truckload and WTI dashboards, delivering weekly performance insights and proactively identifying risk, compliance gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the WTI application and export documentation process, ensuring accurate, compliant execution across all export transactions.
  • Act as a key partner to export compliance, legal, and credit card compliance teams, supporting quarterly audits of wholesale trading centers and export locations.

  • Influence outcomes without direct reports by driving execution through clubs, members, and external partners—holding stakeholders accountable to compliance standards.
  • Contribute to the long‑term talent strategy by helping develop future market and compliance leaders, building skills that scale with business growth.
What You’ll Bring
  • A compliance‑first mindset, with the judgment and discipline required to operate in a highly regulated wholesale and export environment.
  • Experience operating as a liaison across multiple stakeholders, including operations, legal, compliance, and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and audit readiness, with the ability to manage quarterly reviews and ongoing compliance checks.
  • Comfort driving results without direct authority or large support teams, influencing clubs, members, and exporters to meet requirements.
  • Analytical capability, including experience with dashboards and performance reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to request, review, and validate required export documentation.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately one week per month to clubs, ports, and key partners.
  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) are a strong plus, particularly for export markets such as Puerto Rico and international partners.
  • Familiarity with state and federal compliance requirements related to exports, payments, and regulated transactions.
