This position is a structured hybrid role requiring you to work from our Owatonna, MN facility Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and participate in home office work on Wednesdays and Fridays. Candidates must reside within a reasonable drive to the facility.

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr. Your pay will be based on your skills and experience; discuss with a recruiter for details.

• Facilitate effective project planning, organization, and oversight to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage project deliverables throughout the life cycle.
• Develop, track, and update multiple project schedules to ensure on‑time delivery within scope and budget.
• Interact professionally with designers, engineers, production personnel, contractors, and customers.
• Coordinate with internal project teams (engineering, manufacturing, installation) for planning and execution.
• Coordinate with client teams (project manager, architects, consultants) to meet contract schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Co‑coordinate submittals of documents including drawing coordination, product sample submittals, etc.
• Site readiness coordination with contractor and trades.
• Perform risk analysis and mitigation.
• Handle project billings and costing analysis.
• Research and present changes to contract scope.
• Develop, track, update, and report on the contract schedule of values.
• Conduct post‑mortem reviews and lessons learned for future projects.
• Execute activities to achieve scope of bid and contract documents.
• Identify non‑conformances and initiate corrective action reports as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in construction or entertainment production industries.
• Three (3) years of project management experience, preferred in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
