We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution and completion of projects, ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery. This role involves managing relationships with stakeholders, monitoring project performance, and coordinating activities across cross-functional teams. This role is available in multiple locations with the ability to work from home.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects in line with agreed contractual conditions, mitigating risks and leveraging opportunities.
- Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and variance analysis.
- Define project scope, create detailed schedules, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Develop and maintain project quality plans, manage change and configuration processes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely delivery.
- Capture and document lessons learned, complete internal quality reviews, and prepare project close-out reports.
- Degree in Engineering (preferred), IT, or Business.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, ideally in the oil and gas sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience in estimating, planning, scheduling, and coordinating technical activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; familiarity with SAP or IFS ERP systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management System.
- Working towards or holding a Project Management qualification (APM, PMI, or Prince2).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work across diverse personalities and agendas.
