We're now looking for a results-driven Operations & Project Manager to help us streamline operations, manage multiple projects, and guide a remote team toward excellence.

• Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, goals, and deliverables are met.
• Translate company priorities into actionable plans and ensure effective execution.
• Lead and motivate remote team members; oversee performance, hiring, and delegation.
• Coordinate with staff, subcontractors, and partners across departments and time zones.
• Track performance metrics, anticipate challenges, and proactively suggest solutions.
• Identify and implement improvements in marketing, growth, and operations.
• Communicate updates regularly with company owners — over communicate by default.

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects remotely.
• Tech-savvy (comfortable with tools like Bitrix
  24, Asana, Buildium, or similar).
• Critical thinking, accountability, and sound decision-making.
• The ability to motivate yourself and others without micromanagement.
