Senior Project Manager
Piper Companies is seeking an Senior Project Manager to join an established healthcare organization for a contract to hire opportunity. This position is a remote opportunity, but you should be able to commute to Center City Philadelphia. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple programs and projects, managing the full project lifecycle, and ensuring successful integration of new systems with existing clinical, administrative, and financial operations.
Requirements- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and manage diverse teams.
- Experience with program budgeting, risk assessment, and resolution of complex issues.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with EHR implementation projects, specifically Epic Systems, is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience with increasing responsibility and complexity.
- Demonstrated expertise in program and project management disciplines within a complex Information Systems environment.
- Experience evaluating, developing, and implementing custom and packaged software projects.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and systems is highly desired.
- Strong ability to collaborate with senior business and clinical management.
- Familiarity with applications development, database management, and operating systems.
- Experience coordinating deliverables of multi-functional project teams.
- Proficient in creating project artifacts such as work breakdown structures, test plans, and go-live strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and effective presentations.
- Strong business analysis skills, including business and functional requirements development.
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP designation preferred.
Hourly Rate: $70.0-$80.0 (Depending on Experience)
