Construction/Facilities Project Manager

Are you a strategic powerhouse with a passion for leading complex projects from blueprint to final build? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where precision, leadership, and results matter? If so, we’re looking for a Project Manager like you to drive excellence across our operations.

As our Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the project life cycle—initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing—with a laser focus on budget, timeline, and scope. You’ll be the driving force behind operational efficiency, cost control, and revenue growth.

• Lead multiple projects from inception to completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and compliance
• Develop and manage master project schedules and cost controls
• Coordinate across departments to ensure quality and safety standards
• Report progress and financials through regular meetings and documentation
• Negotiate and resolve issues with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
• Analyze performance metrics and communicate variances proactively

We’re seeking a seasoned leader who’s as comfortable in the boardroom as on the job site.

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or process-oriented operations
• Degree or certification in Project Management or Engineering
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Familiarity with safe workplace practices and manufacturing environments

From office to warehouse to construction site, you’ll be immersed in every phase of the project. Your home office will be based in Cincinnati with in-office presence required. 35% Travel is required with potential for extended assignments. Expect a dynamic environment with occasional exposure to loud noise and extreme conditions.
