We invite you to explore the opportunity to join our Third-Party Diligence team as an Assistant Manager, Third Party Diligence. In this pivotal role within the Risk Management segment, you will play a key part in safeguarding our enterprise and supporting the integrity of our products and services.
** About the Role
** As an
** Assistant Manager, Third Party Diligence**, you will:
* * Lead and coach regional team; manage performance and career development.*
* * Ensure SLA‑driven delivery of third‑party services (, screening, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring).*
* * Spot and escalate material operational issues to drive swift resolution.*
* * Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Procurement, Legal, Tech/Info Sec, and AP to align TPRM with business goals.*
* * Drive process improvements using automation/AI to boost efficiency and outcomes.*
* * Contribute to the design and execution of the enterprise TPRM program to strengthen overall risk posture and support growth and trust in the Thomson Reuters brand.
*** About You
** To be our
** Assistant Manager, Third Party Diligence**, you are likely to have:
* 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in risk management, procurement, administrative management, or third-party risk management, and a minimum of 2+ year in a leadership or team management role.
* Proven ability to build and lead regional teams and continuously improve the team environment.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse groups and at various seniority levels in a global, complex environment.
* Natural curiosity, adaptability to navigate uncertainty, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced setting.
* Demonstrated ability to support and enhance policies, procedures, and operational processes in collaboration with key business stakeholders.
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commercial awareness, with the ability to think strategically and make sound judgments.
* Understanding of risk management principles.#LI-CH1
