Head of Sales – UK Launch | Household Paper Brand

We’re working with a fast-growing international FMCG business that’s launching a premium household paper brand into the UK market, and they’re looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead the charge.

Your Mission

As Head of Sales, you will:

  • Develop and execute the UK sales and route-to-market strategy
  • Win listings with major retailers (e.g., Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s) and wholesalers
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Negotiate joint business plans and trading terms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment and availability
  • Deliver ambitious revenue, distribution, and profit targets
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
What You Bring
  • 8+ years of FMCG sales experience (household, hygiene, or grocery preferred)
  • Proven success launching or scaling brands in the UK retail/wholesale space
  • Deep knowledge of UK retail and route-to-market dynamics
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach
