This is a part-time hybrid role for a PMO Manager/PMO Director located in Singapore, with opportunities for remote work flexibility. The individual will oversee program management, lead project portfolio execution, and identify opportunities for business process improvement. Key responsibilities include optimizing resource allocation, aligning projects with company priorities, and ensuring effective project management practices are implemented across departments.
Qualifications- Strong experience in Program Management and Project Management to oversee various initiatives and ensure their success.
- Expertise in Business Process Improvement and Resource Management to optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization.
- Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management to align projects with organizational goals and maximize value delivery.
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the oil and gas sector or consulting is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments, balancing in-office and remote collaboration effectively.
