Responsibilities
  • Oversee all regional self‑run distribution operations, including workload analysis, resource allocation, process integration, safety enforcement, productivity assessment and reporting to Home Office superiors.
  • Oversee performance of all regional third‑party logistics providers, ensuring compliance with asset integrity standards and on‑site receiving procedures.
  • Solidify support to selling clubs through constant communication with zone, regional and club executives, resolving problems such as packing, packaging, trailer loading, receiving and delivery timing.
  • Resolve supply‑chain management inefficiencies between key vendors and BJ’s.
  • Coordinate with Transportation to manage outbound routing and ensure on‑time delivery to selling clubs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Ten years of experience in a combination of physical distribution, transportation, resource management and retailing.
