We are hiring immediately for a full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Requirement: 1–3 years of previous janitorial supervisor experience.

Fixed Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Serve as a mentor, develop employees and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
