We are ideally looking for M-Shaped AdvisorsAt Far Well, we seek M-shaped Advisors—professionals who bring deep expertise in multiple areas along with the ability to connect and collaborate across disciplines.
The vertical bars of the "M" represent key technical competencies—skills and expertise that allow advisors to excel in disciplines such as Change Management, Project Management, Process Optimization, or Agile.
The horizontal connections illustrate the ability to leverage this expertise holistically across disciplines, collaborate across teams, and adapt to complex client needs. Project ManagementHaving experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget and schedule of Infrastructure or App. Dev. projects is required. Experience with software/application implementations or transformations are highly sought after. Additional experience with Stakeholder, Communication and Risk Management Plans is also helpful. Demonstrated experience managing projects of significant scope, across multiple business areas is preferred. Must have strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and processes.
OrganizationalChange Management
Having deep understanding of the processes, tools and techniques needed to help manage the people side of change. For this role, we need you to have experience managing an Organizational Change Initiative or having played a key role on a team managing an Organizational Change Initiative.
Continuous ImprovementHaving some awareness of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA would make you a well-rounded advisor. Experience or certifications would be even better.

Bachelors or Masters in any field or 5+ years of applicable experience.
Travel Expectations- Many of our clients do support remote work. However, we are seeing a growing preference for hybrid schedules, with some clients requesting occasional on-site collaboration. Flexibility varies by engagement, and we work closely with our advisors and clients to find arrangements that meet everyone’s needs.
