What We DoThe Operations Manager oversees day‑to‑day functions of a segment, ensuring compliance with company procedures, training staff, and monitoring efficiency. This role advises on policy implementation and prepares reports on operational effectiveness.
What You’ll Do- Manage and set priorities for an operational function or group of professionals, providing direct and indirect supervision as needed.
- Create project plans and identify resources.
- Ensure team alignment toward common goals and influence outcomes.
- Participate in capital expenditure decisions and asset redeployment activities.
- Adhere to operating budget guidelines for all expenses.
- Support organization-wide goals and objectives through active participation.
- Review and approve detailed designs and cost estimates for projects.
- Contribute to short‑ and long‑range planning and provide input on operational decisions.
- If the role includes direct reports: conduct performance reviews, give coaching, and recommend hiring decisions with senior management input.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5‑7 years of directly related experience.
- 3‑5 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Texas Escrow Officer License.
- Proven ability to lead and maintain effective relationships at the middle‑management level.
- Strong administrative, managerial, and project‑management skills.
- High business acumen, strategic agility, and the ability to influence change.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Track record in designing, developing, and executing complex projects.
- Capacity to inspire customer focus, manage expectations, and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Capability to recruit, retain, and develop talent while holding staff accountable.

Annual: $82,900 – $110,500
