About the RoleChurchill Cost Consultants (Churchill) is seeking an experienced Regional Program Manager to oversee large-scale data center and infrastructure initiatives for a Fortune 100 technology firm. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, utilities, and construction across multiple data center sites. The Regional Program Manager will drive complex, multi-disciplinary projects from master planning through construction readiness—managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination to ensure on‑time, cost‑effective delivery.
This is a remote position based in either Kansas, Oklahoma or Texas, with occasional travel (approximately once per quarter).
- Oversee multiple infrastructure projects at different stages of the construction lifecycle, including early planning and preconstruction.
- Ensure each project meets high standards for safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance.
- Manage the full project lifecycle—from design and construction through handover, closeout, and lessons learned.
- Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, highlighting potential risks, delays, and mitigation plans.
- Work closely with vendors, consultants, and contractors to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Balance flexibility with financial discipline, ensuring changes in scope stay within budget and schedule limits.
- Identify and drive process improvements related to infrastructure delivery, billing tools, and operational workflows.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and alignment with broader program goals.
- Take ownership of large capital programs end-to‑end, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and strategically.
- Build strong partnerships and influence across all levels of the organization to achieve successful outcomes.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Right to work in the United States.
- 7-10 YOE required in construction-focused Project Management or Program Management working directly for a General Contractor.
- Must have a strong background in infrastructure projects (power/water/wastewater/civil).
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and schedule management.
- Hands‑on experience with contract negotiations, change order management, purchase orders, invoices and RFIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Preferred:
Background in mission‑critical or hyperscale. - Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Preferred: OSHA certifications or other safety training.

Degree in Construction Management or Engineering. - Preferred:
Located in KS, OK or TX.
