** Job Description
** This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing projects and initiatives within a subset of a field discipline that aligns with claims strategic direction and supports strategic goals. The TCL manages a subset of the operations of a team within a market claim office (MCO), typically with an excess of 125 employees, including leading, training, inspiring, engaging and motivating leaders and employees in one or more business segments with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and customer centricity.
** We are seeking a Bodily Injury Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate brings experience with extended handling bodily injury (BI) claims, including litigation, along with a demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support claims professionals. This team manages claims across a wide range of severities, from fractures to fatality claims.
Experience with Colossus is highly preferred. We are open to candidates in the Eastern or Central time zone states.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensures understanding of business objectives, results, processes, etc. with their direct reports
• Fosters a collaborative environment that inspires and motivates many employees
• Develops and directs business unit action plans
• Manages and resolves escalated customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues
• Accountable for human resources duties, including resource management, hiring, performance management, talent development and compensation planning
• Responsible for complex claim decisions, identification of hiring, training, and succession planning opportunities, and the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategies and process improvements to achieve corporate financial outcomes
• Analyzes results and contributes to the development of strategies and action plans to support the achievement of operational goals related to customer service, loss cost management, and expense controls### Experience

** Compensation
* * Base compensation offered for this role is:
Associate Manager: $80,000 -$124,600
Team Lead II: $70,100 - $110,400
Team Lead I: $68,500 - $104,100
And is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.”
